Trip Coordination Platform

Group trips end in two failures: unpaid IOUs between friends, and tour leaders burning hours on Telegram and Instagram to fill empty seats. Touran closes both loops in one network — a Persian-first financial coordination layer for groups, plugged directly into a discovery marketplace for tour operators. Built end to end by one founder, orchestrating a multi-agent AI workforce across mobile, backend, and infrastructure.

Added a tour discovery and booking marketplace alongside a dedicated sub-app for tour leaders, replacing informal Telegram and Instagram workflows with structured operations and earnings management. Re-architected the stack for mobile and offline-first realities: React Native with a custom bidirectional sync engine, NestJS backend, contract-first specifications across mobile and server.
